In our well established and high class restaurant, which was originally a “venta”, but now much more modern, we source only local and fresh ingredients to recreate the rustic dishes of Andalucia with a fresh, modern approach plus other more exotic items. All meals can be enjoyed out on our exclusive terrace overlooking the lake and mountains dotted with olive trees. In winter the elegant dining room beckons, with its fireplace and comfy sitting area. Al Lago´s well stocked bar, which is open all day, serves hot and cold tapas as well as freshly baked treats and home made ice creams, cocktails, freshly made lemonade, hot chocolate and Morrocan mint tea in addition to all the usual Spanish refreshments. Expect high grade food and the unexpected from a pueblo! – No frozen fish here, come to sample the fancy end of the spectrum and can you guess how many kilos of strawberries it takes to make our 100% homemade sorbet?
