Se pueden organizar visitas a <strong>Oleum Viride<\/strong> (productor de aceite org\u00e1nico) y <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.molinoelvinculo.com\/index.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El V\u00ednculo<\/a><\/strong> (hist\u00f3rico molino hidr\u00e1ulico) mientras se hospeda en Al Lago. Tambi\u00e9n puede probar los sabores de estos aceites \u00fanicos que usamos para ali\u00f1ar nuestras ensaladas y verduras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En verano, nuestra pescadero recorre el famoso mercado de pescado de C\u00e1diz en busca de sardinas, ortiguillas, at\u00fan de Barbate, navajas y almejas que cocinamos simplemente con romero de nuestro jard\u00edn. En invierno, la temporada de caza comienza en serio y ofrecemos jabal\u00ed, perdiz, conejo, venado y codorniz. Aqu\u00ed servimos un queso fresco de Zahara, similar a una mozzarella y de sabor muy suave, tostado encima de nuestro plato de verduras a la parrilla.
